Exciting day at St. John's Catholic School as we kicked off our Field Hockey Club on Monday with 13 awesome attendees! Huge thanks to Penn Motto for their incredible middle school field hockey package, which helped get us started. Today, we focused on stick safety, mastering how to hold a field hockey stick, basic dribbling, shooting on goal, and a fun reflex skill game.
